1. Dream & Plan 

We start by listening. You share your ideas, wish list, and budget, and we help shape them into a clear plan for your new kitchen or bathroom.

 

2. Design & Details

Together, we fine-tune the layout, choose finishes, and confirm the details. After 1-2 weeks, we present a final and accurate price to you. This ensures you know exactly what your new space will look like and cost, barring any changes in scope, before we start.

(Tip: custom cabinets or specialty items may add extra lead time.)

 

3. Permits & Prep

We handle the necessary permits and get the space ready for construction. 

 

4. Out with the Old

The demolition phase clears out what’s outdated — cabinets, countertops, fixtures, or walls — making way for your new space.

 

5. Build the Foundation

Behind the walls, we install or update the plumbing, electrical, and structure. Once inspected and approved, we’re ready to bring your project to life.

 

6. Bring It All Together

Cabinets, counters, flooring, lighting, and fixtures are carefully installed. This is when your vision really starts to take shape.

 

7. The Finishing Touch

We complete the details, handle touch-ups, and do a clean-up. Then, we do a final walk-through and hand over your beautiful new space.
